Whiteboarding & Collaboration

First, let's start with updates that improve precision, multitouch interactions, and visual feedback during collaborative sessions.

• Eraser improvements:
  • TeamOne now supports up to two erasers, including palm erasers, in multi-pen mode.
  • The palm eraser now auto-activates when you select the selection tool.
  • Eraser interactions have been refined to enable smoother corrections.
• Multi-pen mode enhancements:
  • You can now draw up to ten strokes simultaneously.
  • You can now move the canvas naturally with two or more fingers.
• Sticky notes & shapes: Strokes now remain attached to sticky notes and shapes to keep ideas organized.
• Confetti celebration: A confetti effect now appears to collaborators on personal devices to celebrate milestones.

Mobile & Cross-Device Experience

This release also intoduces fixes that streamline tool access on Android IFPs, enhances mobile usability, and improves responsiveness across devices.

• Floating toolbar on IFP Android: You can now access tools more easily with a floating toolbar.
• Profile settings on mobile: You can now update your profile on the go.
• Focus Mode: The interface now adjusts automatically based on window size to reduce distractions.
• Corporate Launcher support: Images sent from the corporate launcher now display correctly.

Account & Device Management

We have also refined account lifecycle behavior and simplified device details to better protect privacy.

• Account deletion: When you delete your account, you are automatically logged out of TeamOne.
• Device information update: Memory details are now hidden to improve clarity and privacy.

Integrations & Access

More updates to clarify Teams integration and provide refreshed links for faster setup.

• Teams app: The app description has been updated to clarify the ViewSonic Account integration.
• Download & sign-up URLs: 
  • New download links are now available for iPad, iPhone, and Mac.
  • The sign-up link for saving panels has been updated.

Branding Update

And finally, we're aligning product identity with an updated logo.

• TeamOne is now branded as TeamOne®.
