Insights | Data alert
Use the Data alert section to configure alerts when certain conditions are met. Admins will receive an email when these conditions are met.
Setup alerts
The following alerts are available:
| Alert name | Condition |
|---|---|
| Daily sign-in users | Notify when less than n users have signed in for more than n days. |
| Power-on time by devices | Notify when n devices are turned on for more than n days. |
All alerts are turned off by default. To setup the alert:
- Access Insights via the ViewSonic dashboard.
- On the left panel, click Data alert.
- Click on one of the Toggles to open the option window for that alert:
- Specify parameters for this alert.
- Click Save to turn the alert on.
- Click Cancel to go back and keep the alert off.
- Back in the Data alerts section, the selected alert should now be active.
